All plans, research services and courses are generally non-refundable once activated. Refunds are considered only in exceptional cases such as duplicate payment or a technical error from our side.

Exceptional Circumstances : Refunds may be considered only in rare and exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of the management, such as :

• Duplicate payment for the same service.
• Payment deducted but service not activated.
• Technical error from our side.
• Any other genuine issue reviewed and approved by the team.

      *  Submiting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

Subscription Cancellation : Users may choose not to renew their subscription after the plan period ends. However, cancellation of an active subscription does not qualify for a refund for the remaining duration of the plan.
